Hello Fatfans
I am still here, I am still fat. But every day I am a pound of fat lighter. Just another ten days or ten more pounds to go until I finish Lipotrim and start Weight Watchers which will allow me to reach my ideal weight early next year.
Looking forward to eating properly again.

Cheers mate, very nice blog. Actually found it while I forgot the URL to my new blog that I only started yesterday -"Diary of a Fatman - Run Fatboy Run!". I also have some affinity to Ireland the Irish as I lived the past five and a half years in Dublin only to return this past April. Keep up the good work mate and get slim or die trying...
