Lawnmower man


Mowed the lawn this evening. It was a bit of light exercise and I enjoyed it too. Stuck to diet though am a litre short on water but will make that up now.
Didnt get to gym or for a walk and have to work now. It never ends!

Private Life a Mess.
Professional one is hectic.
Tempted to eat (and drink a lot of wine) but wont because

I have ordered my "I'm number 1" t-shirt



I have ordered my I'm Number 1 t-shirt from ebay. I will don it at the end of the month of July and post a picture of myself here on the blog.

That will be because

I will be finished my diet

I will have come a long way baby

I AM number one!

Exercise and food


Stuck to the diet perfectly yesterday.


Went and bought 10 trips to the local gym too. Thing is, I don't have any trainers or track suits to wear. Went for a walk after work but it poured down from the heavens so that was a no go.


Still I feel positive. I am going to get some (cheap) trainers and track suit bottoms today then I will get going. I am looking at going early in the morning before work.


It sounds awful but I will give it a go. I am looking forward to walking with the ipod when the weather gets better.


If I like the gym then I will join up if it is full of smarmy healthy people I know I will hate it.


Drank 3 litres of water. Want to get that up to 6. Will try it today. I have also bought a teeth withening kit from the Irish Independent and it seems to be very effective. also bought a facial scrub thing and my skin is much better already. Is this the beginging of my metrosexuality?

About this diary



This is to be a diary of my next four weeks of my life. I aim to transform myself in these 28 days with a radical Lipotrim diet and an big increase in my activity levels ie moderate exercise.

I will post my statistics ie weight, girth, size etc along with my exercise and other details on a minimum of a weekly basis.

I will keep you up to date with the ups and (many) downs of this exercise in self control and drive.

I have already lost 5 stone on the Lipotrim Diet but have been unable to shift off any more weight so now I am making a push to shed at least two stone.

Will I make it? Who cares? Well I do and you might also be interested to see how I get along.

Stick with me and I will stick to this diet.
