I am back on the horse for the month of July. Joined a gym and have done a 45 minute workout each day.
i have lost 7 lbs in 3 days and I feel great. Am gulping down water like there was no tomorrow and have been to chemist to stock up on my Lipotrim.
I am only doing light exercises ie walking, rowing and crossing training with only 5 mins of weights.
Feeling good!
